Dangers Of Sugars To Your Health By Randal Pike Removing Sugars from Your Diet
Most things just aren’t healthy for you. Booze, too much video games and video games are among these things. Most people know this but a lot of people don't know just how bad sugars can be for you. Sure, most of them taste really delicious but every time you enjoy your favorite soda
Natural sugars, like those that come from fruit, aren't bad for you in moderation. It's the processed sugars that are so bad and this is why many people are removing sugars from their diets. When you remove the majority of sugar from your diet, you are doing something great for your body and your health. Not only are you removing something that is unhealthy for you, but by adding things that are healthy, like natural sugars, you will be promoting good health. There are a few tips that you can use to help you remove sugars from your diet.
Soft drinks such as Coke, Pepsi and other carbonated beverages are like liquid sugar. They are a definite no-no if you want to become healthier, stronger and feel better. Replace these with water. If you find water a bit hard to drink, try putting a slice of fruit in the water. A twist
of lemon or lime can make water more palatable. Remember that fat-free food doesn't mean it's good for you. Chances are it's still full of sugars and calories. Many people fall for the fat-free cookies, crackers, cakes and other foods but they are still very unhealthy for you. So, if you have a craving for something sweet or crunchy, eat some fresh fruit or nuts. Avoid colorful and sugary breakfast cereals. Instead, purchase whole grain cereals and add fresh fruit slices for a sweet kick. This will satisfy your craving for sweet foods, keep you fuller for a longer period of time and promote excellent health. Whole grain also fights heart disease, cancer and other serious health conditions.
Removing sugars from your diet might seem very difficult and for some people, it is. However, Mother Nature has provided you with a very large pantry of healthy and natural substitutes that will fill the gap. Getting rid of the sugars is one step toward a healthier, happier lifestyle.
